Remembering age diversity in a community is so important!
Can we create a space for the wisdom of newness and wisdom of AGE to meet?

Another important aspect of community is energy and motivation. We talked about taking small steps and celebrating victory to balance out the feeling of being overwhelmed. It's easy to be afraid that we'll never be able to stop the devastation in the world. Can we move and act not from fear AND not in naivety?

So, how do we sustain motivation and energy in a community or organization? In an eco-system if there is a lot of water running downhill, we'll try to catch it in a dam or divert it into other streams so that we get a longer use from the water.
Can we save motivation and positivity in a similar way? Can we create a pool of stored inspiration that we can draw from when the heaviness of the world gets us down?
